In the only sport where a uniform is not required, why is it that tennis players are not more fashionable on court? ..Now, I know that sponsorship deals play a very significant part in a tennis players salary.  But if I was on tour, I would take a unique strategy to express my own individual personality.  I would force my agent to reach out to my favorite designers.  Why don’t designers like Gucci, Off-White or Supreme make outfits for tennis players?  Why doesn’t MCM make tennis bags? Would it bring more value to the game for players to have spaces in contracts for collaborations with different brands and designers ? ????‼️Tennis Tip Tuesday‼️???? When you're in your zone, nothing else matters! To all tennis players who see this, as well as any athletes, every match you go in to, you have to believe 100% that you are going to win. If you have even the slightest doubt in your mind, you might as well not even show up for the match.????????‍♀️ I remember before college matches, I would talk myself up and make myself believe I could beat Serena Williams that day????. When you're in the zone you'll experience "flow" which means you will feel strong, alert, in effortless control, and at the peak of your athletic abilities. Learn how to get in your zone and play your best tennis... e-book coming very soon ????????

‼️????Tennis Tip Tuesday????‼️As a tennis player, your legs are your most important muscles. Developing leg strength through specific weight training as well as quickness and endurance cardio is key. You must be able to complete a series of short sprints and have the endurance to potentially be on the court playing 2-4 hour matches! The next most important body part on a tennis player is the core. A variety of core exercises that mimic a swing, as well as stabilization exercises will develop your core strength. A lot of people are surprised by this, because they think arms are the most important muscles on a tennis player (swinging for shots). To put it in perspective, while arms and shoulder mobility are obviously very important, if you think about any big name tennis player -such as Federer, Murray, Djokovic- they have huge, strong, legs...a very tight, strong core, and while still muscular, somewhat smaller arms. E-book coming soon with work outs, drills, and more!!????????????‍♀️????????????????????
